You may modify your payment details, or change or cancel your plan at any time during a subscription period.
1) Log into your XenSurvey Cloud account.
2) Click the Account link at the top right of the page.
3) On your Account page click Manage my subscription.
XenSurvey for Cloud subscription is billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial periods of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
For any upgrade or downgrade in subscription plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrading your XenSurvey subscription may cause the loss of data, features, or device capacity of your account. Xencode does not accept any liability for such loss.
