Purchasing survey credits

Overview

XenSurvey Enterprise (XSE) introduces a pay-as-you-go method of conducting surveys. Each survey requires one survey credit; you buy credits in survey packs. Packs are available in units of 10, 50, 100, 250 and 500 credits. See the XSE for Verizon web site for more details on pricing. When credits are exhausted no further surveys can be conducted by any user without topping up the account by purchasing a new survey pack.

Buying a Survey Pack

Survey packs are purchased via the cloud account.

1) Log into your XSE cloud account.

2) Select Account in the upper right hand corner.

3) In the Enterprise Account pane, click Purchase survey credits.

4) On the Survey Credits screen, click the Buy button next to the survey pack you wish to purchase. The amount will be billed to the credit card on file, and the credits will appear in your account for immediate use.
